VISC Annual General Meeting June 9th at 7PM

Our AGM is an annual opportunity for us to hear from our community in order to prepare for our upcoming season. That part has not changed this year. However, there are several differences this year.

We will be on Zoom. The link has been sent out in email and will continue to be shared.
Our voting members will represent teams this year. As part of the process of becoming a 501c3 organization, we restructured our voting mechanism. Previously it was all present and now it is based on team representation. If you would like to represent your team, please contact your coach.
We are holding the meeting in June rather than March. We held off because we did not know enough about how the quarantine would affect our Fall season. We still don't know completely, but we have enough information to assume that we will have a Fall season. We also held out hope that we could have an in-person meeting, but that does not seem possible.
We will not provide any snacks this year. Please make yourself something yummy!

Even if you are not a team representative, we still hope that you can join us for discussion.
