OFF ISLAND SOCCER aka ASSOCIATION SOCCER

Players born 2014 or before registering after July 15th will be assessed a $10 late fee and will be placed on a waiting list for team placement.
VISC cannot guarantee team placement after July 15th, when teams will be formed and assigned a coach. 

If there are no team openings, additional teams may be formed from players on the wait list if a parent volunteer is available to coach and if we can find a league to accept us.
If there are not enough players to form two teams, we have many creative options and the final decision on team placement will be up to the coaches and the league directors. Options include:
* No team placement.
* Later registrants can practice but not play in games.
* Rotating rosters determined by coach decision, with preference in playing time for earlier registrants and practice participation/effort.

Players born 2015 or after registering after July 31st will be assessed a $10 late fee and will be placed on a waiting list for team placement.
VISC cannot guarantee team placement after July 31st, when teams will be formed and assigned a coach. 

Scholarships

VISC supports all island youth, regardless of financial means. Contact [email protected] if you need a scholarship, especially if you are registering multiple players.

Refunds

• FULL REFUND granted on or before Aug 1, or if not placed on a team
• 50% REFUND for players withdrawing by September 1st
• NO REFUNDS for players withdrawing after September 1st
• Late fees shall not be refunded in any case
