How to Register: go to
www.vashonsoccer.org and login or sign up. Once you are on your account page you will see the available programs by age. The
Spring Scrimmage will show up, and you can also sign up for
2021 Fall MOD PreK - Grade 4 as well, which is our Fall Soccer program. You can also register yourself as a parent in the system to sign up to volunteer. There are some trainings you have to take to participate, and our registrar, Nicole, will get in touch with you for those once you're registered.
- 4 Weeks
- Sunday Afternoons (April 11th - May 2nd)
- (Spring Break is the week of April 5th)
- Field:VES Fields
- Time: Kinder at 1 PM and U8/U10 at 2 PM
- $20 for U8 and U10, U6 would be free, but they still have to register.
- U8 and U10 Boys
- Playing 2x2 games with Pugg goals and cones for end lines.
- No coaches and no whistles, just volunteers to help keep things moving.
- All volunteers would have to do a background check and do necessary trainings.
- U8 and U10 Girls (all together)
- U6
- Rotating stations with fun games, balls at their feet.
COVID Considerations:
- All participants, parents, and guests must wear masks at all times. No exceptions.
- No pinnnies. No throw-ins. No goal-keepers. No orange slices or snacks to share. We try to minimize players touching the equipment.
- Please do not share water or snacks. Put your names on everything that you value, especially water bottles.
- Do not shout at the players unless someone is in danger of injury. Avoid even yelling encouragement. Appreciate the skill silently.
- Wash hands before and after. Even still, no high-fives or hugs between the players unless in the same family.
