Coach of the Year

The VISC Board sends a survey at or near the end of the season in order to gather positive and negative feedback from our participating families. This year we got 91 responses. We will continue to comb through the comments and we will address some on our FAQ page. In addition, we ask for Coach of the Year nominations. The winner for MOD is John Coghlan. John put in tremendous amounts of work and his constant enthusiasm and positive energy set the tone for the season. The winner for Association is Shanti Escovedo. Shanti helped coach nearly every male player from sixth grade through 12th grade.

Congratulations to both coaches for your contributions. Without the coaches, we do not have a program. We hope that you continue to set an example for future coaches to follow.
