Coaching Clinic Success

On Friday night a dozen plus Vashon Soccer coaches spent two hours discussing how to create the best experience that we can for the Vashon players. And we went back on Saturday. We are an all volunteer organization and it makes me proud when our volunteers dedicate such time to improving their craft.

We now challenge all of the rest of you to STUDY youth sports and to create the best atmosphere you can not just for your own player for for all the participants, including the referees, the coaches, the players, and the other parents. Introduce yourselves, share a laugh, enjoy the day, and for heaven's sake, please don't yell instructions at the players. That is their experience.
